Your registration is not completed until you pay. The details of registration fee and payment methods can be found on the page of "conference fee & payment methods".

Our committee will issue a certificate of attendance. We will explicitly include the information about your conference fee payment in this certificate. In most of cases, this document is enough for the purpose of reimbursement. Only in few cases, an invoice is needed. Please confirm with the financial department in your home institute whether an invoice is needed. Please notice that it is difficult for our financial department in UW to issue invoices for all of participants. Thanks for your understanding!

Recently several BEYOND registrants received scam phone calls concerning the conference logistics matter. These scammers claimed that they are the "official agency" taking care of our conference logistics in Warsaw, and then tried to persuade our registrants to book some absurdly expensive hotels which probably do not even exist.
Please be aware: we do not entrust any agency to take care of any logistics matter. If you receive any phone call or email concerning conference logistics matters, neither from our committee members nor from our secretary Luiza (Luiza.Wislicz@fuw.edu.pl), please ignore them.
