Description
Low energetic ions beam are very attractive for various high precision atomic and solid state physics experiments. The diagnostics for low energetic ion beams are a challenge due to the low energy loss in material and additionally the low currents down to only a few thousand particles per second. The goal of this workshop is to exchanges ideas, to report on recent developments and to communicate experiences investigated at contributing institutes.
