Before abstract submission:

To submit an abstract:
To submit an abstract you need CERN account, if you don't have such account now you can create "LightWeight Account" by following the footsteps:
Please, register CERN lightweight account here: https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals/RegisterAccount.aspx if you don't have it before submission of an abstract.
Fill in the form with your data. Please, keep in mind that only the email address is mandatory.
Check the box “I have read and agree to the conditions below.”
Click on “register” button.
You will receive an email to your email account. Please, open it and verify your email address by clicking on the link in the message.
After doing so, you will be directed to the website where you should choose a password to your CERN lightweight account. Once it is done you will see a green message 'You have successfully validated and defined the password for your CERN External Account.'
Now go back to the conference indico page and click on the “Login” button in the top right corner of the screen.
You will be directed to the 'CERN Single Sign-On' site. Please, fill in your email address and the password, and click “Sign in”.
Now you need to create an Indico profile. Do so by pressing a blue button saying "Create an Indico profile."
Fill in the details about yourself. The boxes with symbol “*” are mandatory.
Once these steps are completed you can proceed with the abstract submission.
The book of abstracts will be published and distributed among participants during the Conference.

Abstract style:
**
The text of abstracts should be prepared in English and should not exceed strictly one page. You can check the size of your abstract once it submitted by selecting it in 'My contributions' and clicking on Pdf icon.
The body of a text should be prepared using regular font style (including symbols of chemical elements). Exception: fonts style for Latin fonts denoting physical quantities is italic.
Mathematical objects (equations etc.) can be added using LaTeX format ($...$).
The bibliography list should be enumerated and the reference numbers in a body of the abstracts should be in brackets. Below you can see the example of a correct reference:
- V.I. Kukulin et al., Phys. Lett. B 801, 135146 (2020).
Only monochrome images of high contrast and resolution not less than 300 dpi are allowed.
Is is obligatory to choose your contribution type (plenary, oral, poster) and section.
In the authors section you should put information about all co-authors of the abstract (their Family name, First name, Affiliation) either by searching them in indico database or manually, you should mark one of them as a speaker and not forget to add an e-mail for the corresponding author.
