RECEPTION: April 23 (Sun):
The reception will be held on Sunday 4/23 from 18:30 at Orizuru Tower [map, access]. We plan to enjoy a light buffet and drink with a nice city view.
The conference registration desk is open between 18:30 - 20:30 at the 1st floor of Orizuru Tower. Entry for reception will be open between 18:30 and 20:30. You cannot enter the building before or after this period. The reception will close at 20:45. You can still stay after 20:45 on the roof top terrace by ordering a drink at your own expense.
The cost is included in the registration fee. Please indicate in the registration form if you are willing to join us, so that we know the number of people to come. Please keep your baggage to a minimum, since we have a large number of participants.
INFORMAL JUNIOR DINNER: April 24 (Mon):
We plan an informal dinner for students and PDs to socialize on Monday 4/24 from 19:00. Please email to the LOC (athic23-loc(at)ml.hiroshima-u.ac.jp) if you would like to participate. We would like to have it on a first-come, first-served basis due to the limited number of seats.
The cost is NOT included in the registration fee. The total price will be 4,400 yen.
BANQUET: April 26 (Wed):
The banquet will be held on Wednesday 4/26 from 19:00 at Main Banquet Hall “Setouchi” in Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima (Hotel website: https://www.princehotels.com/hiroshima/).

From the banquet venue;
First bus at 21:15, last bus no later than 21:45.

HIROSHIMA PEACE MEMORIAL MUSEUM: April 24 (Mon) - 28 (Fri)
All participants are welcomed to visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Your name tag of ATHIC 2023 replaces the entrance ticket from April 24 to April 28.
