4th circular (2023/02/06)
This is the 4th circular of the 9th Asian Triangle Heavy-Ion Conference (ATHIC2023) held at the JMS Aster Plaza in Hiroshima on April 24-27, 2023.
It has been decided that the conference will be held solely in person.
We would appreciate your cooperation if you kindly respect our instructions during the conference,
to follow the Japanese government policy etc. against COVID19 at the time of the conference.
Let us remind you that both abstract submission and discounted early registration are available only till February 28.
After the promotion ends, a raised registration fee (35,000 JPY) will be charged for all late participants including students.
Please be sure to complete your registration with a full payment before the deadline even if you already have proceeded the registration process, but if not yet paid the registration fee.
Otherwise you will be charged the raised registration fee.

This is the 2nd circular of the 9th Asian Triangle Heavy-Ion Conference (ATHIC2023) held at the JMS Aster Plaza in Hiroshima on April 24-27, 2023. The conference is going to be organized hopefully in person, while a hybrid style with an online participation is still an option depending on the COVID19 situation.
