For students: 15,000 JPY

The registration fee includes the participation fee at the conference, coffee breaks, conference dinner as well as welcome reception.
[Payment]
Access to a payment link available in e-mail from indico after registration form submission. Payment can be done only by a credit card.
If you have a trouble on access to a payment link, please contact LOC. Another payment way will be proposed by LOC.
[Cancellation]
If you would like to cancel your registration after payment, please contact LOC immediately. The cancellation fee will be charged depending on days prior to the conference as follows:
Until March 25, 2023: No cancellation fee
March 26 - April 8, 2023: 20%
April 9 - 22, 2023: 50%
From April 23, 2023: 100%
