Oral presentations (Plenary and Parallel)
Regular plenary talks have 35 min plus 5 min for discussion. Plenary talks on future programs have 20 min plus 5 min. Parallel talks have 20 min plus 5 min for discussion.
All speakers are required to upload their talk slides in PDF or PPTX format to the indico conference server by the day before their scheduled presentation.
The slides will be downloaded to the laptop prepared by the organizers. Please check your slides during the break before your session. It is the responsibility of the speakers to ensure their presentation is displayed correctly. If you have any issues uploading your talk, or displaying the slides, ask the staff before your session.
Posters
The poster session will take place at Multi-Purpose Studio, 2nd Floor, from 16:20 through 18:20 on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. The poster area will open for poster mounting from 16:15 (sorry for the short time for mounting).
Posters should be printed on A0 paper (portrait), not on multiple separate small papers. Posters will be mounted on a horizontal bar with clips. List of poster ID and map will be distributed at the registration desk. Please mount your poster where you are assigned on it.
Withdrawal
If you need to cancel your presentation, please withdraw your abstract on indico and email to the LOC (athic23-loc(at)ml.hiroshima-u.ac.jp).
