JAPANESE VISA
Please check if you need a visa to enter Japan. We can provide invitation letters to registered participants (and the accompanying persons) only. The information will appear in one of the conference circulars. It is strongly recommended that you start the visa application process well in advance, if needed.
TRAVEL TO/FROM HIROSHIMA
Hiroshima is served by air at Hiroshima international airport (code: HIJ), located about 50 km away from the city and connected by limousine buses to the downtown, and by railways at Hiroshima station including Shinkansen super-express. TRANSPORTATION IN THE CITY
The downtown area of Hiroshima is conveniently covered by trams and buses.
