Conference Dinner

CONFERENCE DINNER

The conference dinner will be held at Fogo de Chão restaurant on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 8:00 PM until around 11:00 PM.

The bus will pick you up at Hotel Windsor Leme at 7:30 PM to go to the Restaurant. The bus will return to the Hotel Windsor Leme after the dinner.

The Menu INCLUDES: Starters of cheese bread, crispy polenta, chicken heart and sliced sausage, complete Rodizio with 18 noble cuts of meat, salad buffet with more than 40 items and side dishes on the table.

DRINKS: Three hours of drinks including water, natural juices and soft drinks. One tea or coffee per person. Alcoholic drinks are not included, so If you want you have to pay for them.
DESSERTS: Papaya or mango or strawberry cream, pudding, chocolate petit gateau, ice cream, crème brûlée, cocada and fruit. 

Full rotation includes:
Starters: Cheese bread, fried polenta, chicken heart and sliced sausage.
Salad Table: Complete salad bar, with more than 40 options that brings together a selection of sauces, vegetables, breads, and cold meats. Among them: cheese, Parma ham, heart of palm, artichoke heart, natural asparagus, dried tomato, Mediterranean eggplant, grilled vegetables, spring salads, caesar and caprese, black rice with gorgonzola, grain mix, buffalo mozzarella, shimeji, shitake, scrambled beans, rice, potato mayonnaise, egg mayonnaise, salmon fillet and smoked black snapper loin.
Side dishes: White rice, biro biro rice, carter rice, fried onion, potato chips, french fries, fried polenta, egg farofa, banana, curd cheese and cassava.
Full all-you-can-eat service: sirloin steak, flank steak, strip roast, rump, termite, ancho steak, chorizo steak, breast, prime rib, ribs, heart, chicken thigh and breast, shoulder and lamb chops, sausage, pork ribs.
