Rio de Janeiro has a large and diversified offer of hotels. We recommend two Hotels from the same brand-name WINDSOR. They are Windsor Leme Hotel and Windsor Florida Hotel. The organization will provide a bus to take the participants from Windsor Leme to UERJ because there is no subway station nearby.
At the end of each day of the event there will also be a bus to take the participants back to the Windsor Leme hotel.
