Accommodation will not be organised centrally - messages offering to do so are not being sent from the LOC and are most certainly phishing attempts. Please do not respond to them.
We have listed our recommended nearby-hotels below and request that participants please make their own booking. Since your stay in Vancouver may include Sunday, December 3rd, we advise you to make a booking as soon as possible. Normally, cancellation of booking is free one-week prior to your stay, but please confirm with your booking’s policy regarding cancellations.
