Before the Symposium, please upload your poster in the dedicated agenda slot using the following file naming convention:
[SubmissionID]-[Presenter surname]-[whatever the short title to be representative to the contribution].[filetype]

At the Symposium

  • Please put your posters up before the reception on Sunday night or first thing in the morning on Monday. Your name will be pinned to the poster board where you should place your poster, and a map will be posted at the entrance to the room. The Monday morning coffee break is the first poster session.
  • Pushpins and/or tape will be provided
  • You have been assigned two specific coffee breaks during which to present your poster. During the other coffee breaks you are free to wander the poster session and look at other posters.

After the poster sessions

Please collect your posters during the coffee break on Friday morning or over the lunch break. Posters not collected by 2 pm will be recycled.
