Registration fees
The standard conference fee is 400 Euros for registrations before 3rd April 2023, and increases to 470 Euros after this date. There is a special reduced rate of 300 Euros for Ph.D. students, and it increases to 370 Euros after 3rd April 2023.
The registration fee includes: all coffee/refreshments breaks, the welcome reception, the lunch prior to the Wednesday excursion, the Wednesday excursion and the conference banquet.
Early fees: Participants must be registered and the fee must be paid before 3rd April 2023. (otherwise their registration will be considered and priced as the late registration).
Accompanying person fee
There is a possibility of accompanying persons paying a one-off 165 Euros fee that will cover the welcome reception, lunch prior to the Wednesday excursion, the Wednesday excursion and the conference banquet. This accompanying person registration form must be completed and payment made before the conference.
Cancellation deadline
Cancellation with reimbursement of fee is possible by email to lhcp2023-Org@cern.ch ONLY up until 12 May 2023. After this date no refunds will be possible.
Payment procedure
Payment of registration fees may be made in one of following three ways:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- CERN InterDepartmental Transfer (TID) from a CERN account
EXCHANGE RATE:
If you wish to pay by TID or Bank transfer in CHF please use the following converted rates:
400 Euros = 395 CHF
470 Euros = 465 CHF
300 Euros = 297CHF
370 Euros = 367 CHF
NOTE: Cash payment is not possible, and all payments must be performed before the conference.
Please note that your registration status is automatically updated as PAID only if you use the online epayment method by credit card. All other methods require manual updating of the conference account by the Conference Secretariat and do not appear immediately.
Credit Card:
Payment by credit card is done online within your registration. Please choose "e-payment" when you fill in your registration form, or if you want to proceed with the e-payment later choose "Modify my registration" (in the main menu) and then "e-payment".
Please note that payment with Visa and Mastercard will incur (to you) charges of around 2.5%, and around 3.7% with American Express.
Bank Transfer:
The following reference has imperatively to be mentioned: LHCP2023 and the name of every person for whom the fee is being paid. Please make sure that you include the cost of bank fees such that the precise fee amount reaches the conference account below:
