A wide range of associated (social) events and activities have been foreseen to take place during LHCP 2023 in Belgrade. These include:
- Welcome Reception on the evening of Monday May 22,
- Poster Session Cocktail on the afternoon of Tuesday May 23,
- Topical Excursions (half-day) on the Wednesday May 24, and
- Conference Banquet on the the Thursday May 25.
In addition, there will also be a set of associated public outreach events taking place during the LHCP 2023 conference in Belgrade, including the public science expositions organised with help of the Center for the Promotion of Science in Serbia.
