LHCP 2023 conference will provide grants to a limited number of early career researchers (ECRs), especially including post-docs and PhD students, to promote their participation to the conference.
The grant includes full coverage of the registration fee, and it does not cover travel expenses/accommodations.
In order to apply for the ECR grant, researchers should register for the conference, and send an email to lhcp2023-loc@cern.ch describing their motivation for the grant application, and providing their CV and letter of reference from their supervisor(s) supporting their application. Decision on the winners of the ECR grants will be made by the conference organisers. ECR grant deadlines can be found below.
