Registration fee without the excursion:

Staff and postdoc rate: 350 GBP
Full registration fee (16 June – 30 June):
Student rate: 275 GBP
Staff and postdoc rate: 450 GBP
The ticket price includes:
- Refreshments and lunches Monday 17, Tuesday 18, Wednesday 19 and Friday 21 July.
- Morning refreshments and a takeaway lunch on Thursday 20 July.
- Conference reception on the evening of Monday 17 July.
- Conference dinner on the evening of Thursday 20 July.
Delegates can opt to book an ensuite room on a bed and breakfast basis at our Glen Eyre Halls of Residence, checking-in Sunday 16 July and checking-out Friday 21 July. These are on a first-come, first-serve basis. A list of accommodation around the city centre is provided for those who wish to book elsewhere.
Additional reception and conference tickets are available to purchase.
We are also running two excursions on the afternoon of Thursday 20 July:
- Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - £50.00
- Stonehenge - £50.00
Both of the above include tickets to the attraction and coach travel. Up to two tickets can be purchased per person.
We recommend early registration and payment in order to avoid the increase in the registration fee (starting 16th June 2023).

4. Once payment is complete, email you payment reference and amount paid to Sue Brindle S.J.Brindle@southampton.ac.uk to enable the password to be sent and for you to then complete registration answering the questionnaire
*You will receive a receipt automatically after the payment. If you require a separate certificate for attendance, it will be issued during the conference.
