Registration Process
There are TWO steps to registration.
(1) First, please register for the conference here on indico. (2) Second, proceed to the link below to pay your registration fee and complete your registration:

Your registration will be considered complete and approved only after you have completed BOTH steps and have paid for the registration fee. Afterwards, please allow for a couple of days to see your registration completed on this side.
Registration Fees
Registration Fees are as follows (in US dollars):
LHCP2024 Registration Fee (includes coffee breaks, welcome reception, and banquet):
- Regular Registration (by April 2): 475 USD per person, 300 USD student
- Late Registration (after April 2): 550 USD standard, 350 USD student
LHCP2024 Accompanying Person Fee (includes welcome reception and banquet):
- Regular Fee (by April 2): 150 USD per person
- Late Fee (after April 2): 175 USD per person
Accompanying persons who are 12 years of age and younger do not need to pay the accompanying person fee to join the reception, banquet, and poster session. However, you will need to purchase tickets to have children join the optional Red Sox game and Saturday excursions.
LHCP2024 Parking pass: 29 USD per day (for daytime parking pass in Northeastern University lots)
LHCP2024 Dorm accommodation (cost per night): Accommodation in Northeastern University dormitory.
- Double-2 twin beds w/ shared bathroom 69.00 USD
- Semi Private Single-1 twin bed w/ shared bathroom 94.00 USD
- Fully Private Single -1 twin bed, private bathroom 135.00 USD
Please also note that the dorm accommodations are only for people ages 18 and above. Children under the age of 18 cannot stay in the dorm accommodations. The deadline for booking the dorm accommodation is May 10th (at Noon Boston time, 6PM CERN time).
LHCP2024 Saturday excursions (optional): Select choice with registration
Cancellation policy: Registration fees are refundable up to 10 May 2024, minus a processing fee. After this date there will be no refunds.
Instructions for CERN Indico Account Creation
To create a CERN Indico account, click on the link "Create/Check your account" on the left in the CERN Authentication page, read and follow the instructions about creating a "CERN External Account" and then "Register a new account". Then you should come back to this conference page and log in with your new account.
