We are very excited to welcome you to Northeastern University’s campus. Below is some helpful information for you to know before you arrive, if you have booked for accommodations in the Northeastern University dorm.

Sunday, June 2nd between 3:00pm – 9:00pmOn Sunday, June 2nd between 4:00-6:00pm we will also have a pre-registration desk at this location.Should anyone arrive outside of the scheduled check-in time, please ask the person at the front desk. The front desk will alert the Conference Assistant on duty of your arrival, and they will assist you with check-in.

- Saturday, June 8th before 12:00 PM (note, if you have booked through a later date, check-out will be before 12:00 PM on that date)

The residence hall you will be staying in is called 60 Belvidere, it's address being 60 Belvidere St, Boston, MA 02115. The entrance is up a few steps and is marked by an "S" above the doors. Below is a photo of what this looks like for your convenience, as it's easy to get it confused with the Sheraton Hotel's entrance.
Check In Procedures: When participants arrive to campus to their assigned residence hall, please enter via the front door, where you will be welcomed by the Conference Assistants or by the proctor at the security desk (please remember to bring a photo ID). A Conference Assistant will then check participants into their space and answer any questions. Should anyone arrive outside of the scheduled check-in time, please ask the front desk to alert the Conference Assistant on duty of their arrival, and they will assist you with check-in. There is always (24/7) a proctor at the security desk, so check-in is available 24/7.
Check Out Procedures: When participants prepare to check out, please drop your key in the check-out box located in the lobby before they exit the building right next to the proctors. Charges will be applied for non re-turned cards (25USD per card). See the photo below to locate the checkout box:
Linen Accommodations: Please note that all guests will arrive to a bed made with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow, pillowcase and light blanket. Also included is two towels, a hand towel and a washcloth. As comfort levels vary, please pack accordingly if you they need additional items. Towels can be laundered in the self-service laundry room for guests with an extended period stay. Please pack toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) as they are not provided.
Amenities: Our building hosts a variety of amenities that can be accessed by our guests. These include a gym, purified water fountains and various study/lounge rooms all on the 3rd floor. The Conference Assistants' office can also be located on the 3rd floor and there will be staff present there every day from 6:00pm – 9:00pm to assist.
Wi-Fi Instructions: The university offers complimentary wireless internet access to participants staying in conference housing. Guests will be prompted to register for NUwave-guest when they arrive on campus. Participants Wi-Fi accounts will be active for 30 days and then after the 30 days any participants that are still on campus will have to re-register. Additional information can be found on the NU ITS Website.
AC Instructions: If guests are feeling cold in the room, the AC can be shut off completely. The building does not provide heating capabilities as it is customary to turn off this function during the Summer season, so the options are cold air or no air, just as an FYI. See below on how to shut the unit off.

Breakfast/coffee nearby: we will have light breakfast items at the conference site every morning, but if you need a coffee/breakfast items before heading over, you have Flour Bakery across the street at 30 Dalton St. (opens at 7AM), or Caffe' Vergnano at the entrance Eataly, in the Prudential Center (opens at 7AM).
Restaurants nearby: this dorm location is near the Prudential Center, with many restaurant options, and a short walk from Boylston St. and Newbury St., with many restaurants and shop options.
Pharmacy and groceries nearby: the closest grocery store is Star Market at Prudential Center. It contains a CVS pharmacy as well.
