Childcare in Boston
Below are some important details regarding childcare support for the LHCP2024 Conference:
UPDATE: All ages will be supported by the Huntington Ave. YMCA (316 Huntington Ave.) location (a 2 min. walk to Blackman auditorium). Interested families will be contacted shortly by the YMCA.
Childcare will be provided from 8 am to 6 pm. Families will need to provide their own meals for the children (they recommend at least 2 snacks and lunch). Food cannot be reheated for children due to USDA safe food regulations, and all food must be nut/tree nut-free (no peanut butter/Nutella, etc.).
The cost per day for childcare at the Huntington Ave. YMCA location is 50 USD.
- Completed registration form
- EFT/payment method
- Complete enrollment information (e.g., participation waiver, emergency contact information, allergy information, etc.). The YMCA will send this electronically via email for families to complete.
- Any necessary medication for children with conditions or allergies, with a valid prescription label and doctor's plans provided.
Childcare Reimbursement Grants
