Presenters: please upload your talks on Indico at least 24 Hrs in advance.
Parallel session chairs:
- Helpers: Each parallel session room will have two helpers (students & postdocs from Northeastern University) who can be identified by their bright blue LHCP T-shirts
- The parallel session room helpers will assist in getting the room set up, connecting your laptop to project slides, setting up the closed captioning, etc. They are available to help with any tech issues that may arise. The helpers will also have dongles, laser pointer/slide advancers, and 3 & 5 min warning indicators for you to use during your session.
- Slide projection: Please plan to project talks from one of your laptops, and download talks on your computer ahead of each session (the only exception is the ISEC auditorium, where talks may be projected from the desktop in the auditorium).
- Please be sure to bring power adaptors for your laptops. There are many power outlets located in the ISEC parallel session rooms.
- A/V tests: If you would like to try connecting and projecting from the parallel session rooms in ISEC, a good time to do so would be at lunchtime on Monday. Toyoko Orimoto (also in blue T-shirt) will be available to help you test your connection during that time.
- Closed captioning: A Zoom connection will be required to enable the closed captioning. The room helpers will assist you in setting up the Zoom.

- The helpers will have the required Zoom password.
- The connection information is NOT to be shared with others. The Zoom connection is ONLY for the closed captioning service.
- Closed captioning will appear at the URLs provided: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1253590/page/34262-closed-captioning
- Audience members should view the closed captioning via their laptops using the URLs provided. Please remind the audience that they can view the closed captioning this way.
- Timing: The agenda is extremely tight, so please be sure to keep all talks within their allotted time. We suggest you use the 3 & 5min warning sheets that the helpers will provide you with
