LHCP2024 will host a poster session. The poster session will take place in the atrium of ISEC on Tuesday 12:30-2PM.
The deadline for submission of abstracts for posters contributions is 15 February 2024. Notification of the acceptance of a poster contribution will be sent by e-mail on March 1st 2024.
Note (March 4th): apologies, there is some delay in the communication of acceptance, please expect an email from the convenors, through Indico, this week (week of March 4th).
Besides posters from LHC collaborations, we encourage posters from other experiments, including from non-accelerator experiments, but carrying out research relevant for LHC particle physics, and from theorists.
Selected abstracts will be presented and discussed in the designated poster sessions. Posters will contribute to the proceedings. Prizes for the best posters will be awarded. Participants wishing to present posters with results from the experimental collaborations should check the procedure for submitting an abstract with their collaboration.
Requirements for poster presentations:
Posters must be designed and printed in portrait mode (NOT landscape) and 3 feet x 4 feet (approximately A0 paper size). Please plan to print the poster and bring it with you to the conference.
The LHCP local organizing committee cannot help presenters with their poster printing. Poster presenters are advised to print their posters before traveling to Boston. However, if you cannot do so, some printing services in the vicinity of the Northeastern are:

Poster set up:
The poster session will take place in the atrium of ISEC on Tuesday 12:30-2PM.
Poster presenters will be assigned to specific places--information will be posted soon on where posters will go. Poster presenters may set up their posters in their pre-assigned spots between the Tues AM coffee break (10:30AM) and the start of the poster session (12:30PM).
