We will honor the early registration conference rates for anybody that needs to pay via wire transfer but register on Indico by September 15. In such cases wire transfers need to be completed by October 6. We prefer payments via CC (see link below).
Note that the hotel booking is done directly with the conference organizers. You should not contact the hotel or any travel agency. If you get any emails from a travel agency asking you for information, please ignore it.
The following rates are for all-inclusive resort rates for 6 nights (December 10-16), inclusive of
-Accommodation,
-All meals and drinks
-Coffee breaks,
-Conference registration fee
-Welcome reception
-Conference dinner
-Taxes and gratuities*
Early registration (until September 15)
$750/person (double room, double occupancy)**
$1,300/person (double room, single occupancy).
For Mexican residents (until September 15)
$800/person (double room, double occupancy)**
$1,400/person (double room, single occupancy).
Late registrations for all (until no more rooms are available. Make sure to register ASAP)
$850/person (double room, double occupancy)**
$1,500/person (double room, single occupancy).
*All taxes are included except the environmental fee sanitation (approximately $1.5 USD per room per night) payable upon check in.
**There is a limited number of rooms in this category. Book as early as possible and inform the organizers if you have accompanied people. The rates might be different depending on whether it is just a spouse, age of your children, etc.
If you plan to stay different dates, or if you are a resident of Mexico, please contact the Local Organizing Committee.
The hotel is family inclusive, but children from certain age may be subject to additional charge per night. Contact the organizers for additional info.
Students and lecturers staying an extra night at the hotel (night of Dec 9) might be supported by the conference organizers.
