The following activities are organized as part of the event
- Welcome reception on Monday, December 11
- Half-day excursion. The cost of the excursion is not included in the conference rates. The organizers will provide suggestions to visit Tulum, Cenotes, etc.
- Conference Dinner on Thursday, December 14
