The conference registration is open (start here ) and early registration has been extended to February 9th.
If you have not registered, please do it as soon as possible. Note that your registration will be completed only after you have paid (and we have verified your registration).
IMPORTANT DATES

Abstract submission is now CLOSED (late Track 3 abstracts MIGHT be considered but abstract submitter should contact the SPC chair at jennifer.ngadiuba [at] cern.ch )

Early registration deadline has been extended to February 9th, 2024 - you must pay by that date to be eligible for early registration.

As you register and pay, please also check our room reservation block on the Accommodation page (you need to use the links get the special rate)

The Hilton Garden Inn (on campus and only a few steps away from the conference venue) has a block rate cut off date of February 9th (the date was extended to match the end of the early registration date).

The Holiday inn block reservation special rate is available until March 1st.

Late registration is possible until February 21, 2024 for in-person attendees.

Remote participation has a flat fee and will be accepted until March 10, 2024.
