Early registration deadline has been extended to February 9th, 2024 - you must pay by that date to be eligible for early registration. As you register and pay, please also check our room reservation block on the Accommodation page (you need to use the links get the special rate)

The Hilton garden has a block rate (on campus and only a few steps way from the conference venue) cut off date is now February 9th 2024 (the date was extended to match the end of the early registration date).

The Holiday inn block reservation special rate is available until March 1st 2024.

Late registration is possible until February 29th, 2024 for in-person attendees.

Remote participation has a flat fee and will be accepted until March 10, 2024.
During the conference week
- The welcome reception will be on Monday March 11th 2024 - it will happen in the Zodiac Lobby of the Wang Center and will be from 19:00-21:00 (it will be close to the conference rooms).
- In stead of a tradional excursion, we proivide ideas for a self-guided tour which will be on Tuesday March 12th afternoon. Lunch box (to go) will be provided along with a train ticket to/from New York City. We have set a few suggestions on what you can do in NYC (obviosuly, there is a lot to do). for game or show tickets, we recommend you reserve as soon as possible.
- The conference dinner will be at the Waterview restautant in Port Jefferson and will be held March 13th in the evening from 18:45 to 22:00. Transportaiton will be provided for those who have requested it and will pick you up at the Wag Center at . Otherwise, the adddress is
