Getting Around
Long Island in general is car dependent. However, there are some public transportation options available.
SBU Campus Shuttle
Stony Brook University has a shuttle that loops around the campus, and will operate on a reduced schedule during ACAT2024 due to spring break. The detailed schedule can be found here: SBU Shuttle Schedule.
They'll be running on "Service Level C" which runs every 30-minutes (on the hour and half-hour from Student Activity Center or SAC).
Public Transit
The Suffolk Transit Connection is available to the public 7 days a week for $2.25. For more information, refer to the Suffolk County Transit website: https://www.sctbus.org

Ride Share/Taxi/Limo
Stony Brook and its surrounding areas are served by Uber and Lyft services.

Parking on Campus
Parking on Weekend
Parking is free on the weekend in many of the available parking lots on campus.
Parking on Weekdays
Parking is available at the Administrative Parking garage. You can take the parking stickers be validated at the conference registration desk daily.
For those who stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, the Wang Center is within a short walking distance and should leave their cars at the hotel.

Internet Access
Account credentials will be emailed to the participants prior to the conference. Please note that when you go to log on for the first time you must choose the option for "Already Registered" or it will overwrite the original account created for you. You can follow the instructions found here.
Venue and Registration
Registration desk will be staffed Sunday the 10th from 5 PM to 8 PM (17:00-20:00) and daily from 8:00 to 9:00 along breakfast and ahead of the sessions.
