Please note that the Early Registration deadline is February 9, 2024 and late registration is possible until February 29th, 2024 for in-person attendees. Remote participation has a flat fee and will be accepted until March 10, 2024.
The Early Registration Fee only applies to registration completed before the deadline of February 9, 2024 at 11:59 P.M. EST, which means that the conference fee has to be paid before the deadline to benefit from the Early Registration Fee.
To register to the Conference you need to have an CERN Indico account and to be logged in. Please use your CERN credentials to authenticate. If you don't have one, you need to first create a CERN lightweight account. After creation, return to this page and use your registered email to authenticate.
Notice that the registration process is complete only after payment of the conference fee has been received. A message of confirmation will be sent by the organizers.
Conference fee
Early registration for in-person attendees (on or before February 9, 2024): 550 USD
Late registration for in-person attendees (February 10 -- 29, 2024): 650 USD
Online participation (up to March 10, 2024): 360 USD
In-Person registration fee covers venue cost, welcome reception on Monday, breakfast, coffee breaks and lunches daily, and a banquet dinner on Wednesday. Remote participation fee covers scientific program through live streaming.

Registration will only be completed after the registration fee has been received. You may ask for reimbursement of in-person attendance until February 29th (this will be done as allowed). Past that date, we will treat it on a per-case basis.
