Dear Top 2024 conference participants,
We are excited to welcome you to Saint Malo at the Palais du Grand Large in the coming days (Palais du Grand Large - Centre des Congrès, 1 Quai Duguay-Trouin, 35400 Saint-Malo).
The conference will begin on Sunday, September 22nd with a welcome drink from 19:00 to 20:30, during which you will also be able to register for the conference. The sessions will start at 9:00 on Monday, September 23rd.
For your first visit to the Palais du Grand Large, before obtaining your conference badge, please have your registration email or a valid ID ready for the security checks.
For the speakers, please upload your presentations to indico before your session, or provide us with a USB key (preferably as a PDF file). We will upload your presentations on the local computer ahead of each session.
All sessions and lunches will take place at the Palais du Grand Large. The Q&A (questions and answers) sessions on Tuesday evening and Thursday evening (21:00-22:30) will be held at Bar l'Univers, 12 place Chateaubriand, which is nearby. These sessions are organised for PhD students and young postdocs. The speakers from the previous two days should be there to answer questions.
The poster session will take place on Monday, September 23rd, from 19:00 to 21:30 at the Palais du Grand Large, with finger food provided. The excursion to Mont Saint-Michel is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25th, followed by the conference dinner at 19:30 at Compagnie des Pêches Saint-Malo (40 Quai Duguay-Trouin).
