The registration end date is 20 April 2016 and the number of participants is limited to 120. We recommend to register as soon as possible.

In order to register to the Beauty 2016 conference please execute these four steps:

  1. Fill this form.
    For non-Cern users, you may need to create an indico account first.
    You will receive an automatic Email from indico, ignore it.
  2. Go to the CNRS web system, search for the "Beauty 2016" entry and click on "pre-registration". Fill this new form.
  3. Wait for the confirmation Email (it may take 1 or 2 days) and then click on the link you receive. Fill this third form and pay the fees.
    The registration fee is 360€ for the full conference and covers the coffee breaks, the lunches and the conference dinner. The fee for an accompagning person is 230 € and covers the lunches as well as the conference dinner.
    For INFN participants, please mention the cf code : C.F. 84001850589 in INFN the address (when the system asks you 'who is paying the invoice').

    The normal fees price (360 €) is guaranteed until April 13th. After that, it will be 400 euros! Please pay your fees as soon as possible, for obvious organisation reasons.

  4. Book your Hotel. If you want to benefit from our special prices, at Mercure Hotel mention "BEAUTY 2016". There is only a limited number of pre-booked rooms. Both hotel are indicated on this map. For CNRS participants please remember that's you may book your hotel via the SIMBAD system.
