"The Calanques" are series of mini "fjords" set in white limestone cliffs just next to the city of Marseille. It is possible to go there by bus and walk (Callelongue: line 19+20. Sormiou: line 23. Morgiou: line 22, Luminy: line 21).

Excursion N°1 : Marseille cruise in a line boat (3H00)

13h35 : you will embark on boat for 3 hours cruise along the marvelous and famous cliff of Marseille. Please beware that there is no reserved seats: people are free to walk on the boat and we share it with other tourists. The appointment is here.

14h00 : You will go through the Calanques of Sormiou, Sugiton, Port-Miou, and many other treasures of Marseille, till the Cassis Bay.

17h00 : You will disembark at the old pier. End of services.

13h55 : Your english bilingual guide will meet you at your the City Hall, to go by foot in the old center. Then let's discover the old Marseille, the heart of the citizen...
You will start the pedestrian visit close to the local council, before penetrate into the typical streets of this area... Streets with history, anecdotes, tales, oddities... You will discover the Marseille's monuments, the typical houses and little local shops selling regional specialities.
