Submission deadline
If you want to give a talk or present a poster, you have to submit the abstract and the list of involved persons not later than June 28th, 2015, 23:00 Central European Time. Note that the abstract submission is independent of the conference registration, i.e. the abstract submission does not replace the conference registration. Please register first to the conference and submit your abstract afterwards.
For abstract submission, you need to log in at Indico. If you don't have a CERN account or do not know how to login, just register a new CERN lightweight account.
For poster presentation, we have poster boards available. Each poster should be not larger than 85cm x 120cm (DIN A0 portrait format). For the mounting of the poster, please use the prepared pins at the poster frame or contact the available staff.
