Dear Colleague,
as a follow up to our invitation to submit your proceeding contribution, we would like to draw your attention to these points:
1.) Extension of the deadline:
Due to multiple requests, we hereby extend the deadline for submitting your proceeding contribution(s) to October 31st, 2015. If you do not plan to submit any contribution, please let us know as soon as possible.
2.) How to submit your proceeding documents:
Indico's paper reviewing system allows speakers to upload papers. We strongly recommend to make use of this feature. For this purpose go to https://indico.cern.ch/event/382362/paper-reviewing/upload .
3.) Formatting:
Submit a PDF file and name it "FirstAuthor's Last Name.pdf", where the first author is the speaker at KSM2015 ( We will request the .tex file of your contribution after the editing/reviewing process is completed).
Kind regards,
The Editors
