Terms and Conditions for the KSM2015

General Information

Early registration is open until (including) June 15, 2015.

Late registration period starts on June 16, 2015 and ends on July 20, 2015 (provided room full capacity is not reached).

Registration fees (including taxes and transaction fees) are listed below:

Registration for participation is subject to available seats for participants, so we recommend you register at your earliest convenience. Participation includes the right to take part in conference talks, events, dinner, and additional program as outlined on this web site. 

There is a cancellation policy which also contains legal references.

Financial Support

Any participant may apply for financial support. The actual amount of support that can be provided depends on available resources by the time the conference takes place. Application for financial support can be performed at the registration form.

All participants applying for financial support may please regard the following points:

1. the conference fee must be payed by everybody in advance.
2. the decisions of financial support will be taken as soon as possible but probably at the beginning of June 2015.
3. the financial support is in terms of reimbursements after the conference. You must show the receipts of the expenses (like the conference fee, transports or hotel) and then you can get the money. We cannot give any amount in advance.

Every participant can speed up the decision process by paying the conference fee as early as possible.
