School Tour and Dinner
On Saturday, 30 January, we'll go for a tour. The tentative route is
Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth (take your bathing suit with you if you want to float in a water of density 1.2 and temperature 20oC).Skipped, too much for one day.- Old city of Jerusalem. The recommended dress for holy places is: shoulders covered, no short shorts, knees covered (well, the average high temperature in Jerusalem at the end of January is 12oC).
- Evening Dinner in Abu-Gosh, an Arab village where the best hummus (mashed chickpeas blended with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic) in the world is supposedly made.
