Note that in case you would like to take part in lunches and dinners in the NH hotel with all the workshop participants (which we strongly advice and recommend so that you can fully take part in the workshop), you will receive at the registration in the NH hotel a special meals package for the week for about Eur 200 (includes the poster session finger-food reception on Monday).

It is preferred that all participants register and share the hotel venue of the NH Collections Hotel, Olomouc. A special discount price is provided by the hotel for the event. All meals and conference events will take place in the NH hotel except for the Wednesday afternoon excursion.
The hotel booking to be done directly with the NH hotel Olomouc by by email using the NH Collections Hotel reservation form (PDF), don't forget to fill in the Special code for reservation obtained in your Indico confirmation email
The hotel has 129 rooms had booked for our event till end of July.
For those knowing your colleague to share a room with, in case you choose the double room option, please indicate in the hotel form the name of your colleague. In case you don't know your room mate, please contact the organizers who will collect the names of people wishing to share the room and we will try to find the solution.
