Flights to Prague (PRG, Vaclav Havel Airport) are provided by many companies, there is a direct flight from Geneva. Alternatively, one can also fly to Vienna (VIE) and take a train to Olomouc. The venue address is Legionářská 21, Olomouc.
Summary: Fly to Prague, take the Airport Express (AE) bus to Prague's main railway station ("Hlavni nadrazi"), elevator to -3 floor, find your train company booth (see departures for the three companies in PDF below), buy ticket, take a train to Olomouc, enjoy wifi onboard, relax.
There will be a person to meet you in Olomouc in the main railway station hall with the Top2016 sign to provide you with a tram ticket from approx. Sun noon till Sun 8pm.
In Olomouc, take a tram (from outside-left of the station) no. 3, 4, 6 (6th stop) or 7 (5th stop) to stop "Namesti hrdinu" (or no. 2 to "Palackeho", 6th stop). Walk 11min to the NH hotel (to the north; see tram stops in the map). Those staying in hotel IBIS take a tram to "Wolkerova" no. 1 (6th stop) or 4 (9th stop) and walk 100m back.
You can grab TAXI from parking outside right of the station, e.g. CITY Taxi (accept EUR), or book e.g. Atlant TAXI +420800113030 (EUR, small banknotes) or STaxi +420800101010 (no EUR).
Trains: if you know you arrive well ahead, we recommend bying the train ticket online for given day and time at one of the three companies which make Prague-Olomouc in ~2h10min: RegioJet (RJ) :: LeoExpress :: Ceske Drahy (CD, Czech Railways). For CD we recommend the SuperCity (SC) train 'Pendolino', there are also CD Express (Ex), InterCity (IC) or just 'Fast' (R) trains with up to 2h20++m travel time, no wifi].
