Description
The understanding of hadron formation in the envoriment of high energy jets produced at e+e-, ep, or pp(pbar) colliders is a great challenge for theory and experiment. Various approaches exist from Monte Carlo models to analytic QCD based models to attempts at calculations from first principles. Knowlegde on the non-perturbative QCD of jets has direct impact on interpretation of Tevatron or LHC data and precision measurements at hadron colliders.
