The poster session will take place on Monday, 24 September 2018 during reception. Poster boards will be placed in the meeting room, where the conference takes place, and can stay till end of Friday session. One could submit proceedings also for poster presentation (see "Proceedings" tab for more information).
4 most interesting posters will be awarded with a short (5 min) talk on the last day.
The poster area will be open for poster mounting from Monday before start of the conference (before 13:00) of during the coffee break (15:00-15:30). The posters can remain on display until Friday, 28 September 2018, 13:00. If there will be more requests for posters, than available capacity, we will ask you to display poster only on some days. More information on this will follow in early September.
Posters should be printed on A0 paper (84.1 × 118.9 cm or 33.11 × 46.81 inches) or fit within this size. All posters should also be uploaded to the conference INDICO server.
