The registration covers the welcome reception, coffee breaks, social program and the workshop dinner. The fee is:
- 225€ for all participants.
- 25€ for a printed copy of proceedings (online version of proceedings are free of charge)
- 60€ for the dinner for accompanying person
The registration fee can be paid in three ways:
- Credit card (preferred way)
- Bank transfer. Please make sure that all bank transfer fees are added on top of the registration fee. In particular, participants from non-European countries should pay attention, as sometimes the fees are outrageously high, and the conference can not cover this.

- By cash on arrival (at the registration desk). Notice that we will not have credit card machine at the registration desk. If you prefer to pay with credit or debit card you will need to use the link above or use ATM machine in the neighbourhood.
Participants from Nikhef should select "Nikhef internal fee transfer" as a payment option, and the fee for them will be transferred internally via group budget.
Note that it is not possible to reduce fee for partial attendance.
