The IISER Bhopal main campus (in Bhauri) is situated near Bhopal Bypass Road which is approximately 12 kms from the Bhopal airport. Here are the options to reach the main campus :

By Train : The Bhopal Junction is approximately 22 kms from the main campus. You may directly get a taxi/auto from the station for the main campus.
