The school is organized so that every group of four students performs all the exercises with the equipment dedicated to that exercise. This means that the number of students is limited and admittance to the school is therefore via a selection procedure.

The tuition fee is 850 CHF (approx 755 euro) and covers accommodation (10 nights), breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, a reception, a dinner and a social event. Travel to and from RHUL, as well as diners and other expenses, are to be paid by the students.
Accommodation is in single rooms.
For a limited number of applicants who do not have any means of finance from their home institute, tuition might be reduced or waived by the organizers.
So, please send your application as early possible: for the benefit of both you, the student, and the hosting institute.
In order to apply for the school, please:
- Fill in the application form
- Consider filling in optional student questionnaire
- Ask one of your advisors to write a recommendation letter for you, motivating your candidature
- Send both application form and recommendation (and questionnaire if completed) together to the following email address: isotdaq2019@rhul.ac.uk. Please put ISOTDAQ and your full name in the subject.
Please note - all applications to the school will be handled in accordance with the following data protection and privacy notice.
Please remember that the selection will be based on your completed application form and recommendation letter. The information in the questionnaire will be processed separately, and will not affect your application. If you aren't able to provide a recommendation letter please contact the contact the organisers as soon as possible once you have decided to apply.
Only after an applicant has been accepted, will he/she be requested to register. The selection results will be announced by mid-January.

Registration and Payment method
Once acceptance to the school is received by students via email, and their participation confirmed with a reply to that email, accepted students should transfer the participation fee of 850 CHF to a nominated account. More details will be provided nearer the time.
Note that cash payments will not be accepted.
