Bulletin N.1

Accommodation

We will reserve a single room in our college student accommodation for all students
for arrival on April 2nd and departure on April 12th. Should you need to amend your
booking (and have not already done so), please contact us as soon as possible. 

We will send more detailed information about accessing the accommodation on arrival
nearer the start of the school. In the meantime, please consult our website for travel

Visa

All attendees are advised to check if they will require a Visa to enter the United Kingdom.

If you will need a visa, and have not already done so, please let us know as soon as possible
so that we can provide you with an invitation letter.

Note - we have confirmed that those needing a Visa will not require an ATAS certificate, as
you will be attending the school as an 'Academic Visitor' to the UK.  Please specify this category
if asked.

Regarding the current planned departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union at the
end of March: we have been advised that a transition period will be put into place to cover
short term travel to the United Kingdom. Visitors travelling from the EU or associated areas 
without a Visa should therefore travel as before without any special arrangements.
