Poster Session
As part of this year's school, we will be holding a reception for all students and staff on the first or second evening. During this reception we would like to offer you the opportunity to present a poster on any project you have worked on (or are about to start work on) as part of your career to date. If you would like to present a poster, please reply to this message with the proposed poster title. We can then reserve you a presentation space. Please note that we won't be providing poster printing services, so students should bring their posters pre-printed to the school.
Passport Expiry
Due to the ongoing political uncertainty regarding the UK's departure from the European Union, we advise anyone travelling to the school to ensure that their passport will be valid for at least two months after arrival in the country. Should your passport expire before then, we recommend you consult with your national passport authority and renew your passport if recommended to do so.

Arrival Times on Campus
Please note, the on-campus accommodation at RHUL will be available for you to check in to from 4pm (UK time) on April 2nd. Check-in will be open until 10pm. If you need to arrive outside of this time window please let us know as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made.
Accessibility and Medical Requirements
In order to ensure that we provide any necessary support, please let us know if you have any disability which requires accessibility assistance or adaptation to lecture or teaching areas. Please also inform us if you have any medical requirements (e.g. storage of medication) where we can provide assistance.
Special Dietary Requirements
Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements (including if you are vegetarian of vegan) or if you have any allergies or food intolerance.
