We will be accommodated at Grand Hotel Napoca, a 4-star hotel, with confortable rooms and which is specialised in accommodation for conference groups. The hotel is located in the center of Cluj-Napoca, next to the central park and to the Someşul Mic river, close to the Old Town and to the bars & nightlife area

Students will be sleeping in shared rooms (twins).
All meals are included in the School fee. The first meal will be the dinner on Sunday September 15th evening and the last one will be breakfast on Saturday September 28th.
Participants should note that lunch on Sunday September 15th is not provided.
All food at Napoca hotel and at the Faculty of physical education is served as a buffet, while the special meals out are at local restaurants.
We will ask you in your application form about any specific dietary requirements you may have, and do our best to accommodate accordingly, given the local catering options available. However we cannot make any guarantees.
