The ABSTRACT submission is starting on 10.12.2018.
Please note that abstract submission is available through the CERN indico website. In order to create your (lightweight) account on the CERN Indico server please follow the indications at the following link: https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals
Submission Guideline
• Abstract title, its content, and at least one author are required to be filled in.
• The abstract content (including references acknowledgement, and footnotes) should not exceed the limit of 1800 characters.
• You can add authors. Then, using Configure roles button, their roles can be changed to co-authors. Please note that email notifications will be sent only to authors not to co-authors.
• Please choose a speaker from the authors.
