Your personal data will be processed pursuant to: art. 6, item. 1 letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (processing necessary for the execution of the CHATS-AS 2019 participation contract), art. 6, item. 1 letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 in connection with the provisions of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 for the purpose of book-keeping and tax documentation managing art. 6 item 1, letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (if the consent has been given) for the purpose of informing about future scientific events organized by WPUT and publishing the participants’ list on the conference website. The recipients of your personal data will be solely: entities entitled to obtain personal data under provisions of law, entities cooperating with WPUT within the framework of scientific collaborations or providing services for WPUT.
Your personal data will be retained: for the purpose of the organization and accounting of the CHATS-AS workshop for the period of time stipulated in the appropriate provisions of law relating to the book-keeping and tax documentation management or for the period of limitation of claims specified in the provisions of law, for the purpose of informing about future scientific events organized by WPUT - until the consent for processing is withdrawn, for the purpose of publishing the participants’ list on the conference website – until the conference is finished.
