Description
The status of construction of the main subsystems of MPD will be described.
The start configuration of the MPD includes superconductive coil which provides homogenous magnetic field up to 0,57T, the main tracker - Time Projection Chamber (TPC) time of Flight system, Fast Forward Detector for zero level trigger and start signal of the TOF and Forward Hadron Calorimeter (FHCal). To decrease the background from the secondaries a beryllium beam pipe will be used. Development of the integration procedure which is important part of the project will be demonstrated
