The most convenient way of reaching Universidad Pablo de Olavide, de Sevilla, from the city center is by subway. There is only one line of subway in Seville and one of the stops has the name of the university: "Pablo de Olavide".
Note that the subway ticket can be purchased directly at any subway station. If you buy one it will cost 0.82 euros, if you buy a rechargeable card, which cost 0.30 euros, with any amount (minimum of 10 euros) it will cost 0.52 euros. There will always be people helping you in the subways of the city center. You can purchase any service with a credit card, there are automatic machines everywhere, even a ticket office.
Once the participant has arrived the subway stop "Pablo de Olavide", they should follow the path plotted in the google image for attending the plenary session (path ways have been plotted for cars because are the easiest ones to follow, once arrived to the campus you are within 10 min. of walking distance to anywhere):
