To reserve a room in OAC please use the registration form in the left-hand-side menu (in case of any problems please send an email to the conference email). Please do not proceed to any payment if you have not received a confirmation of your stay in OAC by the organizers.
ATTENTION: After confirmation of the OAC room reservation for the exact dates from organizing committee, any changes to the arrival and departure dates can only be made before the conference and not on the last day before it, otherwise, you must pay for the originally confirmed dates. To make any changes, please, write a letter to the organizing committee (icnfp2021@gmail.com) and wait for a new confirmation of the dates. Changing the registration form for the OAC will not affect the confirmed dates, only writing of the email.
Once you have done with the payment, send us proof of your payment (electronic receipt, photo or scan of the receipt) with payment description (name of the participant, payment information such as "accommodation", "meals", conference fee payment, etc.) to icnfp2021.invoice@gmail.com with a copy to the main conference email icnfp2021@gmail.com.

Accommodation and OAC conference package

The venue of the conference is OAC (see Venue).

OAC offers an all-inclusive package that includes accommodation, full board, and conference facilities.
For accompanying persons staying in OAC and sharing a double room the cost is 65 Euro per day including accommodation and meals. It means that one participant with an accompanying person should pay 100+65 EURO. |
OAC meals
|
There are two coffee breaks per day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, including coffee, tea, orange juice and biscuits/cake. |
OAC provides breakfast and two meals per day, which are served in the dining room of the foundation. During the summer months, when the weather is good, meals are served on the big veranda of OAC, providing a magnificent sea view. |
In order to reserve a room and participation in the conference, each participant who is planning:
- to reserve your room in OAC, it is asked to pay the cost for one day of stay as a prepayment. Attention, please pay that amount only after you will receive a confirmation of your reservation from the organizing committee per email.
- if you stay in a hotel out of OAC, it is asked to pay a minimal OAC fee of 105 Euro (3 days of daily OAC fee of 35 EUR, without meals).
The above are non-refundable prepayments.
Alternative accommodation
For participants wishing to make private arrangements for accommodation a list of hotels is provided: please see the list of hotels at the bottom of the page and contact the hotel of your choice directly.
Please note that participants not staying in OAC, are expected to pay 35 EUR per day to OAC for conference facilities and also includes coffee breaks (obligatory) and 15 EUR per meal if they wish to take a meal.
The payment of 35 EU per day for facilities and coffee breaks is included in the price of the OAC room for those staying in OAC.
Therefore the overall price of the participation is the same for participants that find room in the hotel with the price which is less or equal to 60 EU per person because adding the OAC fee of 35 EU and the OAC meals of 30 EU it comes up to 125 EU per person which is the price for single accommodation in OAC. It is very easy to find a hotel with a price of up to 60 EU per person and even cheaper. Please see our webpage item on accommodation.
Note: Please specify in the registration form, in the left-hand side menu your preference, if you wish to take the OAC all-inclusive package, share your room with an accompanying person or you prefer to proceed with private arrangements for accommodation.
