The poster session of ICNFP 2021 will take place on internet.
During the poster session every poster presenter will have about 3-4 minutes to present the main goals and main results of his/hers poster.
Participants can ask questions to the poster presenters, the best by sending message to the chat of the zoom of the poster session (or by email or other chat they may propose to the presenter).
We will have 2 poster sessions: one the Tuesday 31 August 2021 and one the 7 October 2021, both in zoom Room 1. The program is in timetable.
The physical poster presenters will have the chance to discuss in person with the physical participants. Therefore we advice physical poster presenters to have in hand a version of their poster printed on paper for the physical discussions.
We have tested this procedure of internet poster session for the first time in ICNFP 2020 and it was successfull.
All poster presenters are requested to upload their presentation in timetable. The poster presentation must be a pdf of a "talk-like" presentation of up to 24 slides in A4.
We remind that poster presentations are eligible to be published in the proceedings and the special focus issue of ICNFP 2021 after a peer review.
